Meet Channing Drummond

Channing Drummond is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare provider with a strong background in gastroenterology (GI) and medical weight loss. Channing earned her master of science in nursing (MSN) and adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP) certification from Vanderbilt University, equipping her with the advanced skills to provide exceptional care to patients with complex GI conditions.

With eight years of experience in gastroenterology, including two years specializing in advanced GI care, Channing has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is also passionate about functional medicine, integrating a holistic approach to address the root causes of digestive health issues.

As an active member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, Channing stays up to date with the latest advancements in GI care to ensure her patients receive the best possible treatment. She finds great fulfillment in helping her patients regain their quality of life, recognizing the significant impact GI disorders can have on daily wellbeing.

Outside of work, Channing enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether it’s going on walks, playing sports, biking, camping, or spending time at the lake, she values an active lifestyle and the joys of nature.
