Meet Angelique Geronimo

Angelique is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a passion for helping patients achieve better digestive health through a holistic approach to care. She earned her undergraduate degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her graduate degree from Simmons University. Before joining Austin Gastroenterology, Angelique cared for patients in internal medicine at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center and worked as a primary care provider at Austin Diagnostic Clinic.

With a special clinical interest in inflammatory bowel disease, Angelique emphasizes the important connection between nutrition, regular exercise and overall GI health. She strives to create a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed and confident in their care.

Angelique is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and is a recipient of a scholarship from the Austin Advanced Practice Nurses Association. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her dog, reading, playing tennis, cooking and strength training.
