What Our Employees Say About Working at AG

Erika F. (MA at Central since 2006):
“It’s busy, but it keeps us going. And time goes by fast. We try to be supportive and make our patients feel a little bit better. We’re a family, a big family. Everybody is supportive.”

April L. (MA at North since 2008):
"I love working with patients. I love being able to help people out. And the end reward of them feeling good is a good feeling for me, too. Especially, we try to go above and beyond for them.”

Danielle H. (PSR at Central since 2008):
“We have a lot of patient interaction, communication over the phone, patient portal, walk ins. I love the environment, the doctors, the staff, and the patients, working with the patients.”

Leslie W. (PSR at North since 2016):
“I love going wherever they need me to go because I’m trained in all different positions, I can be useful wherever they need me. And I enjoy that. I like to be useful. And the variety, you’re not doing the same thing every single day, day in and day out. So, I really enjoy that.”

Robin P. (Billing TL at Central Business Office since 2009):
“Well I love the flexibility [at the Central Business Office]. It’s a good work environment. Pretty much the group that I work with. We all get along well. There’s not a lot of drama, which is nice.”
