Laura Kerr began her career with Austin Gastroenterology in the summer of 2003, working under the supervision of Dr. Willeford at our central office. Laura currently works under the supervision of Dr. Harry Thomas at our Shoal Creek – Anderson office.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication at the University of Kansas in 1996 and completed her physician assistant studies at Weill Cornell Medical College in 2003. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification for Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
A native of Houston, Laura moved to Austin after completing her physician assistant studies in New York City. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, Jenny and Jack.
