Katherine Snyder, PA-C

Physician Assistant Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

Location:

Dripping Springs , Kyle , South - Barton Ridge

Meet Katherine ‘Katy’ Snyder

Katy Snyder, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant from Wimberley, Texas. She chose to pursue a career as a PA because she enjoys working closely with patients and collaborating as part of a healthcare team. Katy values helping patients understand their health conditions and partnering with them to create care plans that are practical and meaningful.

Her clinical background includes experience in general surgery, bariatric surgery, and family medicine. While new to gastroenterology, Katy was drawn to the specialty because it allows her to help patients manage conditions that can significantly impact daily life. She appreciates the balance of problem-solving, long-term management, and patient education that GI care offers.

Katy believes in listening carefully to patients, explaining medical information clearly, and developing treatment plans that are realistic and tailored to each individual. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their care.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys cheering on the Texas Longhorns football team, cooking and baking, hiking, spending time with family, and enjoying all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer.
