Meet Tara Conley

Originally from Southern Indiana, Tara received her bachelor of arts with a major in telecommunications and minor in business from Indiana University. After working in sales for a few years, Tara decided to make a career change and went back to school to obtain a bachelor of science in nursing and practice as an RN.

After 2 years working as an RN in the intensive care unit in Louisville, Kentucky, she relocated to Houston. She completed her master of science in nursing at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston to become an adult NP-C.

Tara has been in Austin since 2014 and is happy to call it her home. She has practiced in gastroenterology since graduating with her master degree in 2010. She treats all gastrointestinal issues, including but not limited to GERD, IBS, liver, and pancreatic issues, among other conditions. Tara has a special interest in treating inflammatory bowel disease and practices patient-centered care.
