I understood the explanation I was given of the procedure, and my questions were answered.
The office staff was courteous & helpful.
The process of scheduling my procedure was prompt and efficient.
I understood the prep instructions, including when to stop eating and when to stop drinking liquids.
Billing, co-insurance fees, and insurance information were clear.
Endoscopy Center Evaluation
The Front Office staff was prompt, courteous and helpful.
