Shannon Lear’s dedication to achieving the AG mission of partnering with physicians to provide patients with the highest personal service and state of the art endoscopic care through a compassionate, patient-focused approach is clearly evident in her expert management of our South offices.   Ms. Lear began her employment with AG in 1997 in a patient services role.  Recognized as a stellar performer, her responsibilities have expanded significantly over the years and now include management of one of AG’s flagship clinics located on James Casey St., a smaller clinic in the Plaza St. David’s professional building together with a number of other clinics serving the Bastrop, Buda, and Horseshoe Bay/Marble Falls communities. The patient satisfaction reports resulting from visits to the clinics that Ms. Lear manages are resoundingly positive and her management practices are emulated by her peers.  Ms. Lear’s leadership and commitment to staff training and development ensure that all AGPA associates within her areas of responsibility epitomize our philosophy – “Patients are our number one priority.”
