From 290 heading West:
Exit S. 1st Street Turn left. Go back over Hwy. 290. Turn right on Radam Lane.
Go to stop sign at James Casey, turn left. Enter parking lot for 4310 James Casey. Follow the lot all the way back to Austin Gastroenterology.
