Dr. Frank graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 with a degree in Biology.  He received his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston in 1999.  He then went on to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas at Houston in 2002.  He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology in 2006 through a combined program with the  University of Texas at Houston and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.  He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His affiliations include the American College of Physicians, Texas Medical Association, Travis County Medical Society, American Gastroenterological Association, and American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He is a 4^th generation Texan and joined Austin Gastroenterology in 2006.
